How do you handle shipping charges on shoes?

Individual pairs of shoes can be between $8 and $10 to ship via ground service.
For orders of four to six pairs of shoes the costs go down to approximately $5 per pair.
The current rate for orders over six pairs is now approximately $2.50 - $3.00 per pair.
Obviously, if items are needed faster than ground service the rates will be much higher.
Advantage Network takes pride in keeping its shipping charges and fees to a minimum.

When will I get my bill/invoice?

The invoice is generated after we receive all shipping costs from our vendors and will be delivered via email if at all possible.

What is your return process?

Most items are not sent to Advantage Network but rather to our vendors.
1. Contact us to get an RA# (return authorization)
2. We will send you the RA# and address where to ship the returns
3. Unless otherwise stated the customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns
4. All returns must be in "as new" condition, including the packaging in order to receive credit
5. In the busy season, returns may take a while to process since the vendors are trying to ship out new orders.
6. Once we receive a credit memo from the vendor we will send one to the customer.

At this time, we are not set up for credit card payment.

Question 6

Do I have to pay tax and if so what is your rate?

Accepted Answer

If you have a tax exempt number on file with Advantage Network you do not have to pay the 10.25% city of Chicago sales tax. Most schools and booster organizations already have this tax exempt number. If you are paying for the order as an individual then you will be charged tax.
